The assassination of Charlie Kirk has sent a gang of esoteric right-wing vloggers completely round the twist, with three of them now demanding an armed uprising against the left.
Leading the charge was Arcanvm’s Ike Baker, who kicked
things off with a pompous “Alea iacta est” [the die is cast]. When asked if he
was really calling for civil war, he snapped back: “it had already started.”
Baker ranted that the time for politeness was gone. “There
is no talking sense to people that have none, because they have sadly conflated
it with education while simultaneously giving themselves over to the groupthink
of political identity, which leads ultimately to rationalised insanity.”
Without evidence, he branded Kirk’s killing a “public
execution” by the left. Then he laid into liberals, saying they “scream about
gun violence but elect political structures which facilitate the release and
prolonged social havoc wrought by ‘career criminals, ’ two words which
shouldn't even be allowed to exist next to each other, effectively facilitating
a system which jeopardises the public safety of innocent, hard-working people.”
Then came the ominous line: “We will have to defend
ourselves by any and all means necessary. I intend to do so.”
He fumed: “Oh, Marco, you have crossed the line now. Trying to dox and get a friend of mine killed? You are vile and should be in prison.”
For the record, Visconti never doxxed Baker or tried to get
him killed. But that didn’t stop Catenae from threatening him, boasting about a
“dossier” being compiled, and accusing him of terrorism. In Catenae’s barmy
world, criticising the far right is now a terrorist act. When someone on Facebook told him to "stop making shit up."
"Evidence has literally been filed with the London police. Only facts here," he said. This is, of course, made up but we are sure it is true in Catenae's head.
The ranting escalated further when Catenae claimed "people I
thought were good people and friends, even saying they are masturbating to the
footage of Kirk’s death.
“The death cult is real," Catenae said. We have to admit that would be a challenging wank, but we are not American.
He then shared a bizarre vlog by fellow occultist Jason
Louv, who insisted Kirk’s death was carried out by left-wing witches and had
opened the “Gates of Hell.” Louv, who has made a career writing and talking about
magic, bizarrely blamed himself for publishing “all the secrets of magic” and
it had been used by “left-wing witches” to curse Kirk.
What Louv didn’t mention is that his wild claims about
witches came from a satirical story about Etsy spell-sellers. He is clever
enough to know the difference, so the only explanation is that he thought his
viewers wouldn’t bother to check.
So in the space of a few days, we have three self-styled
magicians calling for violent revolution after the killing of a hard-right
lobbyist. Baker wants war, Catenae wants kill lists, and Louv reckons witches
have kicked open the gates of hell.
At this point, it’s anyone’s guess where magic or
spirituality fits into their ranting. Do these blokes want to shoot rival
occultists for not accepting Donald Trump as their personal saviour? Or is all
this just another grift dressed up as mysticism?
What’s clear is that if their followers keep clicking, these
lunatic vloggers will take it as proof that the mob is ready to march behind
them, spellbooks and shotguns in hand to shoot lefties.
Editor's note:
We believe everyone has the right to express their thoughts. We do not endorse the assassination of Charlie Kirk, however odious he was. We also note that the individual who likely committed the crime has turned himself in and is awaiting trial. He comes from a good conservative Mormon family and is not trans and, at the time of writing, does not appear to be left-wing.

ReplyDeleteI think you can stop pretending to be any kind of impartial observers of the occult scene now.
ReplyDeleteI think the fact that we do not do what we are told and are not interested in your ancient conspiracies means that we really are impartial. If you look objectively at what you sent us you will see there is no tangible evidence for what you are saying... certainly, our lawyer said if we printed any of it we would be hammered in court. Watchers has always published material which is provably true and does not follow the political games of different groups or what their minions want. We are sorry if that does not fit into the model that you are trying to thrust upon the world but passively agressively trying to bully us into publishing libelous stuff which has failed to convice others is not going to work.
